Win a Handmade Close-Up Table: Todd Duff's Generosity Returns to MAGI-Fest

Every magician remembers the first time they sat across from a real close-up table. The soft billiard felt, the evocative gold fringe, the way the cards glide. It changes how you perform. Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of craftsman Todd Duff, one lucky Sleight School friend is about to experience that feeling at home.

A Tradition of Giving

Last year at MAGI-Fest, Todd donated one of his handmade close-up tables to our raffle, and the response was overwhelming. Watching the winner's face when their name was called was one of the highlights of the weekend. Todd builds each table by hand in the style of the legendary close-up room at the Magic Castle, and he has once again offered one to our community. We can't thank him enough.

The 2027 MAGI-Fest Raffle

MAGI-Fest returns January 21 to 23, and our raffle for a brand-new Todd Duff close-up table is open now. The drawing will be held at the convention. Visit our dealer's booth to sign up. The winner is responsible for transporting the table home.

Entered last year? Enter again. Last year's entries don't carry over, so if you signed up to win in 2026, be sure to register for this year's drawing.

Everyone Wins Something

Here's the best part: if you register and don't happen to be the winner, you'll still receive a free PDF instruction booklet showing you how to construct your own Magic Castle close-up room style close-up table. So every entrant walks away with something to build on.

Thank you again, Todd, for your craftsmanship and your generosity. See you at MAGI-Fest!
